My Friend Gem

I have a friend. Her name is Gem.

Gem is from England.

When Gem was a little girl, she watched a show called "Rainbow".

Gem was once innocent and sweet, but now that Gem is all grown up, she is not innocent anymore. Gem thinks dirty thoughts.

Would you like to see Gem's favorite childhood show, "Rainbow"?

Showmance, Anyone?

I wish Will would showmance me... sigh.

I'm so ELATED that they put this footage on the air... Will is the best thing about this show, and CBS knows it. He keeps it from getting dull when it's down to the last handful of bored-ass houseguests. Plus, can we talk about the most perfect head of hair ever? I mean, EVER??????????

Also, cannot sign off without posting Lukas' performance last night on Supernova. Loving the lipgloss. Let's get together and share makeup, Lukas. :)

Nirvana covers are usually career suicide, because the songs, as is, are so sacred to Nirvana fans. But Lukas did an amazing job with the arrangement here and, dare we say, made it his own. Solid.

That's it for now! Bye...

I Love the Evil Doctor

Man, it's not going to be fun trying to post from out here... I'm in my new digs and my damn internet keeps cutting out. High-speed my ass. But I had to try, because after last night's Big Brother/ So You Think You Can Dance marathon, I couldn't NOT.

Ok, so first things first. BB7 All-Stars.

Oooooooh, Janelle! You screwed up girl! Didn't you watch BB2? You're not supposed to trust Will, you dumbass. You really believe he wants to go home? He's the best BB player EVAH. Guess you done learned your lesson now, huh?

So Janelle cuts a deal with "Chill Town", aka Will and Mike "Boogie", and singlehandedly destroys her own alliance. Guess you don't "dominate the game" after all, Janelle. Now don't get me wrong, I love me some BB6ers, but they had it comin. You cannot play this game with the Evil Doctor Will and think you got it in the bag. I figure Janelle lasts two more weeks, MAX. You see, Will has a way with folks. As rotten as he is, you can't help but luuuuuuurve him. See for yoself.

teehee. love the little phone-call montages. BEST.

So Dianne is out. I have to say, I quite enjoyed Dianne in BB5, but she was a bit of a whiner this time around. I say, good riddance. Can't win if ya don't play.

Ok, so next... So You Think You Can Dance. I teared up a little bit at the opening number, Mia Michael's choreography to "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap. Firstly, favorite song ever. Secondly, Mia Michaels... You KNOW you love her. Thirdly, how fabulous it was for me to see something choreographed to that song. I went to heaven a little bit last night. I wish I could find the vid, but so far... no luck.

I did find this one, though, and it's quite excellent, so enjoy:

Travis and Heidi... "African Pop" Choreography: Wade Robson

I am pretty happy with the final four, except I think Allison should have been in instead of Donyelle. I think Benji will win, but I WANT Travis to win.

Ah hell. Here ya go. May as well watch the other two of the final four:

Benji and Donyelle: "Broadway"

Man, Benji's solo last night was amaaaaaaazing. He killed it at the end.

And one last little thing... Natalie, who was eliminated last night, did her solo on Wednesday to a song by Goldfrapp... Which inspired me to add a little Goldfrapp in here. Why not? I love Goldfrapp.

Goldfrapp: "Strict Machine"

Does this video remind anyone else of Crazy by Gnarls Barkley? Just askin.

Love this frikkin song. Makes me wanna go dancin. But no chance of that here. No funk in podunk.

K that's it for now. See yas.
